Patient experience and impact

Our work is a paradigm shift in the way healthcare is delivered. Last year our technology screened over 2.5 million individuals and helped more than 3,000 people stay well at home, preventing them from needing the urgent hospital care they would have otherwise needed.

As part of our work, we regularly collect patient feedback to learn about how our service is being received by the people who rely on us. In 2022 we were delighted to read that more than 98% of patients rated our service 'Good' or 'Very good'.

Ultimately, our main goal is to ensure that patients have the best possible experience and outcomes.
