Award-winning healthcare company, HN has received accreditation from the Personalised Care Institute (PCI) for its clinical health coach training programme.
Aiming to support general practices that have recruited health coaches via Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS), the Health Coach & Supported Self-Management Development Course is evidence-based, delivering improved patient reported outcome measures (PROMS) and a reduction in workload for practice staff.
HN has been training and delivering clinical health coaching across the UK since 2015. The HN Training Academy’s six month, work-based learning course takes a blended approach of workshops, action learning sets and mentoring.
