HN achieves Cyber Essentials Plus

HN is delighted to announce that it has achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification, the highest level of certification offered under the Cyber Essentials scheme.

This externally assessed accreditation provides our customers with higher levels of cyber security, protecting them from hacking and phishing attacks.

The certification follows a process of rigorous testing of HN’s cyber security systems where external cybersecurity experts carry out a series of vulnerability tests.

Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed and industry-supported scheme that helps businesses protect themselves and their customers against the threat of cyber attacks. It provides a clear statement of the basic controls organisations should have in place to protect themselves.

Mark England, CEO of HN, said:

“We’re delighted to achieve the Cyber Essentials Plus certification, which underlines our commitment to data protection and user security. Data is absolutely critical to our work and we’re always striving to increase our security and processes, including certification from various third party bodies and government-backed schemes such as Cyber Essentials Plus.

"We’re committed to being a company that our many partners and users can trust – and we’re pleased this extensive and independent review of our systems shows we uphold the highest cyber security standards. A huge well done to our IT and data teams for helping us reach this milestone!”
