HN welcomes Hugh Lloyd-Jukes as Chief Executive Officer and Sarah Surrall as Chief Technology Officer
HN, a leader in the delivery of intelligent navigation, proactive health coaching and clinical pathway automation, is delighted to announce the appointment of Hugh Lloyd-Jukes as Chief Executive Officer and Sarah Surrall as Chief Technology Officer.
Hugh Lloyd-Jukes is a seasoned entrepreneur and growth-focused leader with a proven track record within health technology companies. Most recently, he served as CEO of Oxehealth, where he led the company to global recognition in contactless patient monitoring. Under his leadership, Oxehealth achieved pivotal milestones, including regulatory approvals for its AI-powered medical device, adoption by half of NHS England’s mental health providers and entry into the USA. Hugh is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.

Sarah Surrall joins HN with extensive experience in scaling advanced healthcare technologies.
Previously, Sarah was CTO of GPAS Limited which became the first research programme at the Ellison Institute of Technology, Oxford. She spearheaded the development of pathogen genomic analysis tools and led work on an ambitious federated data platform. Before that, she served as CTO at Oxehealth, scaling the company’s technical team and transitioning its contactless patient monitoring system from research to commercial success.
She holds an MEng in Engineering and Computing Sciences from Oxford University and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
