HN attended its first event in Ireland in February, joining a record-breaking 500+ delegates at the 19th National Health Summit in Dublin.

The event brought together leaders from across the health service to explore the impact of current reforms on service delivery and share experiences of the reality of working on the ground in this complex and challenging system. Attracting a wide-ranging audience, the event enabled delegates to share best practice and explore the wider opportunities and issues facing the healthcare system, and how these affect staff, patients, and communities.

At HN, we were delighted to be an exhibitor and sponsor of the event this year.

We were pleased to see interest in our work and products – all of which are evidence-based and proven to drastically reduce unplanned hospital admissions.

As set out in our case study discussion hosted by Audrey Carville and featuring HN CEO Mark England, Data Scientist Sara Reis and Professor Matthew Cooke, HN’s AI-powered analytics tools enables health managers and clinicians to accurately identify and predict patients at risk of hospitalisation – and intervene early to prevent their clinical exacerbation.
