We are delighted to be Leading Healthcare Awards 2021 finalists in the ‘Excellence in Supporting Patients’ category.
To support the NHS during the pandemic, we developed HN Covid CARE – nurse-led services that proactively monitors, supports and provides remote clinical coaching to shielding patients and those whose medical conditions put them at risk of becoming seriously ill with Covid.
The service is Covid-secure and provides assurance to patients and clinicians, without the need for a face-to-face interaction.
