We won!

This award recognises the successful launch of the National Demonstrator for AI for UEC prevention, serving 2.5m patients in North East London. With nearly 2,500 patients onboarded and exciting initial outcomes, the kick-off seems a long time ago now... and we're learning more and more about the best ways to help patients take control of their health and stay out of hospital.
